Karen Webb appointed NSW first female Police Commissioner


Karen Webb has been appointed as the next New South Wales Police Commissioner, replacing Mick Fuller.

Commissioner Webb is the first woman in the state’s history to hold the position and has been an officer since 1987.

Commissioner Webb laid out her new vision for the New South Wales police service and aims to build and grow the organisation to be a “world-class police force”.
