Manchester United star Paul Pogba sends three-word Man City warning ahead of the derby

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has sent a message to Manchester City ahead of the Manchester derby this weekend.

Sunday could well see the Frenchman make his final appearance in the fixture as he potentially edges closer to the end of his time at Old Trafford. United’s cross-town rivals will be all too aware of the quality Pogba possesses after he scored a brace at the Etihad back in 2018.

As United gear up for a busy week with an eye on strengthening their grip on the final Champions League place, the 28-year-old took to Instagram to show his mindset, posting a picture of himself in training along with the caption: “Big week pending.”

Last weekend’s stalemate with Watford saw Ralf Rangnick’s side fail to extend their lead in the race for Champions League qualification.

United last met City in November but Pogba was forced to miss out through suspension following his red card against Liverpool. He will be hoping to have a positive influence on proceedings as United look to banish the demons of their torrid encounter with City at Old Trafford earlier this season.
